For some people, Memorial Day Weekend is a time for relaxing at the beach, hosting a cookout at home, or traveling to see family and friends. This Memorial Day Weekend was even more special for Megan and Tom, as they tied the knot at the Historic London Town and Gardens in Annapolis, Md. It was a perfect summer day, as the couple said their, “I Do’s,” under a cloudless sky, overlooking the South River near Annapolis, Md. Following the ceremony, guests were able to enjoy drinks and appetizers in the gardens. As a fun twist, we were able to create a French Fry Bar for guests to enjoy that included homemade potato fries, sweet potato fries, spicy green bean fries, carrot fries, and zucchini fries. Made fresh on site, the fries were accompanied with a variety of unique toppings including old bay, sriracha, and a homemade pineapple curry ketchup among others.

The fun didn’t stop there, as guests could choose from a variety of food stations including the “Salmons of the World” station, “You Can’t Curry Love” station, and a “Little Bit of Mexico” station. This type of personalized additions weren’t just reflected in the food, but in the beautiful centerpieces as well. Lace-covered vases held gorgeous bouquets of flowers, which added the perfect touch of summer to each table. We wish Megan and Tom a lifetime of happiness together and thank you for allowing Zeffert and Gold Catering to be a part of your very special wedding day.
