We had so much fun catering Teresa and Doug’s outdoor wedding at the Evergreen Carriage House in Baltimore. Teresa and Doug’s Saturday evening outdoor wedding ceremony took place in Evergreen’s gorgeous gardens. After the lovely couple said their “I do’s,” guests were able to enjoy cocktail hour in the upper courtyard area at Evergreen Museum and Library. We helped Teresa & Doug design a menu that resonated with local guests and welcome those who were not from Maryland, with hometown favorites like a Raw Oyster Bar and Oyster Shooters. There was plenty of seafood options like shrimp tostada with fresh mango salsa, cinnamon seared tuna on a seaweed salad topped with avocado, wasabi cream and sesame brittle, and cocktail crab balls offered with lemon aioli and/or spicy cocktail sauce. There were plenty of options for guests who were not a fan of seafood like mini pork tacos and acorn squash bruschetta. In addition to enjoying drinks and appetizers, guests could play bocce ball and corn hole in Evergreen’s gorgeous lawn area. It’s hard to beat delicious food, drinks, and outdoor wedding lawn games at this Baltimore outdoor wedding!

The fun continued at the reception at Evergreen’s Carriage House. Teresa and Doug’s reception was decorated with such elegance with mint table linens and a burlap overlay for the guest tables. The color scheme fit the Baltimore outdoor wedding perfectly. We added our own custom DIY whiskey barrel bar inside of the carriage house too. Teresa & Doug had a stations style wedding reception, so guest could mingle around and try lots of different options including,
San Antonio Fiesta Station featuring Tequila lime chicken with chipotle sauce, BBQ beef brisket with spicy cucumber salad. Sweet jalapeno cornbread. Chipotle caesar salad.
Pampas Grill Station featuring chef carved herb crusted leg of lamb, southwestern marinated flank steak served with minted greek yogurt and chimichurri sauce. Warm potato salad.
-Canal Street Station featuring teriyaki glazed salmon on a bed of braised spinach, topped with caramelized onions. General Tso’s Chicken. Vegetable fried rice. Asian slaw. Szechwan String Beans.
